- Nominations received to date for elected offices. Nominations & Elections/Nomination Forms (Due December 1st for publication in Central Florida Episcopalian and to have names printed on the ballot)
- Resolutions submitted to date & Sample form for Submitting Resolutions (Due December 10th)
- Order forms for Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch (Pre-paid orders due January 15, 2015)
- Hotel Accommodations (Cut-off date to receive Convention room rate – December 23, 2014)
- Certificates of Election for congregations to use for submitting the names of lay delegates. (Due January 13, 2015). Please use the Certificate of Election appropriate for your congregation (i.e. Parish OR Mission).
Pre-Convention Deanery Meetings for Convention Delegates and Alternates begin in January. A packet including Resolutions to be considered by the Convention and the Recommended Operating Budget for 2015 will be emailed to all clergy and lay delegates and alternates for whom we have email addresses. This Information will be reviewed at the pre-convention meetings.

Sunday, January 4, 2015 4 p.m. Northwest Deanery at St. Margaret’s, Inverness
Thursday, January 8, 2015 7 p.m. Central Deanery at Ascension, Orlando
Election of Dean (3-yr. term) for Central Deanery
Saturday, January 10, 2015 10 a.m. Southwest Deanery at St. Paul’s, Winter Haven
Election of President (3-yr. term) for SW Deanery
Sunday, January 11, 2015 4 p.m. Southeast Deanery at St. Elizabeth’s, Sebastian
If you are unable to attend the meeting in your deanery, you are welcome to attend another deanery meeting.

FRIDAY, January 23rd
Registration for the Convention opens at 2:30 p.m. Friday, January 23rd in the Great Hall at the Cathedral and will remain open until 7:00 p.m.
Celebration of the Convention Eucharist begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Cathedral with Bishop Brewer as Celebrant and The Right Reverend Francis Campbell Gray as Preacher
Opening Session of Convention will be called to order at 6 p.m. in the Cathedral. Convention will stand in recess at 6:35 p.m. Friday
Fellowship, Food, Drink at the Orange County Regional History Center - Those with pre-paid Friday Evening Event Reservations may check in beginning at 6:35 p.m. at the History Center, 65 East Central Boulevard – one block south of the Cathedral.
SATURDAY, January 24th
Registration re-opens at 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 24th in the Great Hall.
Coffee service.
Convention re-convenes at 9 a.m. with Morning Prayer in the Cathedral
Following Noon Day Prayers there will be a break for Lunch – Those with pre-paid Box Lunch tickets may pick up their lunches in the Activity Center (ground floor of Education building)
Afternoon Session convenes at 2 p.m. in the Cathedral
