If you or your organization would like to have a display this year, please complete the application below and return it to eceely@cfdiocese.org by January 20, 2023.
Displays can be set up in the gym at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy on Saturday, February 4, 2023, starting at 6:45 a.m. The breakdown of displays will be at 2 p.m.
Please note that tables, tablecloths, chairs, extension cords or other display materials will not be provided. Electrical outlets are available, but not guaranteed. Also, this is a free opportunity to promote non-profit ventures, and displays are not for selling items. Displays will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Electronic Voting With VPOLL
Voting at the 54th Annual Diocesan Convention will take place in person using VPOLL. All delegates will need a smartphone, tablet or laptop connected to the internet at the convention site. Please view the VPOLL demo video below in advance of the convention to familiarize yourself with the voting process.
A diocesan-wide practice voting session will be held via Zoom webinar on January 31, 2023, at 7 p.m. A Zoom link will be sent to all delegates once they have been entered into the VPOLL system. Delegate participation is strongly encouraged.
