On behalf of Bishop Brewer, we announce with sadness that the Rev. Philip R. Baxter died on June 14, 2016, following a long illness. Philip served at three parishes in Central Florida between 1990 and 2012: All Saints’ Episcopal Church and St. David’s Episcopal Church in Lakeland, and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Winter Haven.
