The 2015 China Adventure Trip

Making Friends Building Friendships China Map

June 14-26, 2015*

We are looking for six adventurous individuals, ready for just about anything—an invitation to a village feast or a trip to the big city—half way round the world, yet still within the reach of God’s love!  The team will be traveling to the remote, mountainous regions of southern China to Make Friends and Build Friendships in the name of Jesus Christ.  We will visit communities within an ethnic minority people of 3,000,000, among whom we have know of fewer than 1000 believers in Jesus.  Spontaneous opportunities to practice or teach English can happen anywhere: on a basketball court, in a classroom, or on a village stage.  We will eat exotic food, sleep on hard beds, and have an adventure of a life-time.

River Pix*A Few Details:  Applications to join the Team are due by March 1, 2015.  The cost is estimated to be $4000 per person, with a deposit of $1000 due by March 15.  Training and mentoring will begin April 11 by teleconference.  Our specific itinerary is subject to change until our tickets are purchased: plans include a stop in Seoul, Korea on our way into China, and a stop in Beijing on the return trip.  Because of the rigorous nature of this trip, participants are limited to one carry-on bag per person.

Contact:  Applications and further information are available from Fr. Loren Fox, office@oursaviorpalmbay.org.  Anglican Frontiers Mission (AFM) seeks to mobilize prayer for people groups around the world who do not yet have access to the Gospel in their own language and culture.  For more information, check out the website:  www.anglicanfrontiers.com.
