The Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida continues its growth for clergy with the announcement that Bishop Greg Brewer will preside and The Rev. Sarah Condon will preach at the celebration of a new ministry and institution of The Rev. F. Stuart Shelby as rector at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Winter Park at 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 28.

Clergy are asked to wear red stoles. A reception will follow.
