Sunday, October 30 – Imani Milele
On tour from Uganda, this outstanding chorus of young orphan students will entertain and inspire in an energetic show of singing, dancing, and drumming. In this, their second visit to St. Luke’s, they also perform during our Eucharist at 10:15 a.m. Everyone is invited.

Sunday, January 29 – Horns & Pipes
Come and hear our massive brass orchestra with percussion and Ben Lane at the Cathedral’s majestic pipe organ perform together for the 24th year. Michael Garasi conducts an exciting variety of fanfares and overtures in the grandeur of our spectacular acoustic.

Sunday, February 26 – Song of Democracy
In an epic concert featuring the Orlando Concert Band, Jon Territo will conduct hundreds of singers from local high schools, plus the Cathedral Choir and pipe organ, in music of America, including Howard Hanson’s noble “Song of Democracy” and a rousing sing-along.

Sunday, March 12 – Downtown Progressive Organ Plus
The American Guild of Organists presents a delightful variety of organ music with other instruments in four miniconcerts. Begin at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke, then progress to St. James’ Catholic Cathedral, First Presbyterian Church, and First United Methodist Church.

Sunday, April 30 – Concert Organist Simon Johnson
A virtuosic young star in the constellation of world concert organists, Simon Johnson is the Organist and Assistant Director of Music at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, United Kingdom. Enjoy an afternoon of international works co-sponsored by the American Guild of Organists.

Evening Services open to everyone

Sunday, December 4, at 6 p.m. – Advent Lessons & Carols
After a stunning candlelight procession through our exquisite Gothic aisles and arches, the Cathedral Choir sings anthems for Advent, and everyone joins in singing carols and hymns of hope. Ancient scriptures and prayers assure us of God’s love and presence.

Sunday, December 18, at 6 p.m. – Christmas Lessons & Carols
The Orlando Deanery Boychoir, Girls Choir, and Men lead one of Orlando’s favorite holiday performances. Enjoy time-honored carols and choral works in this festive service based on the famous Lessons and Carols from King’s College, Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Saturday, December 24, at 10:30 p.m. – Song of Mary
A beloved tradition at the Cathedral Church of St. Luke, the Christmas Eve concert features our Cathedral Choir and the Beautiful Music Chamber Orchestra in Franz Schubert’s joyous setting of the “Magnificat,” “Ave Maria,” and many favorite carols. The concert is immediately followed by Christmas

Midnight Mass at 11 p.m.

Sunday, March 26, at 6 p.m. – Lenten Evensong
Take time to pause and reflect on your Lenten spiritual journey as the Cathedral Choir leads a traditional Anglican service of music from many eras and styles (anthems, canticles, hymns, and psalms) with scriptures, prayers, and contemplative organ music.

Friday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m. – Tenebrae
Our Cathedral Chamber Singers present a powerful Service of Darkness for Good Friday. Amid candlelight, ancient chants, prayers, and the dramatic narration of Christ’s Passion, hear some of the world’s most sublime a cappella choral music.

Sunday, May 21, at 6 p.m. – Choral Evensong
The Orlando Deanery Boychoir, Girls Choir, Men, and former choir members join together to welcome you to their annual Homecoming Evensong, a uniquely Anglican service of evening hymns, canticles, anthems, scripture, prayers, and choir awards, followed by a reception.
