On behalf of Bishop Greg Brewer, the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida announced that St. James’ Episcopal Church in Ormond Beach has called the Rev. Roy Allison to be its next rector. Father Roy will begin his duties at the church, located at 38 South Halifax Drive, on Oct. 15.

Father Roy previously served at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Tampa. He and his wife, Marcia, have two grown children.
