NOMINATION FORM | 57th ANNUAL DIOCESAN CONVENTION | Committee on Nominations and Elections | January 23 & 24, 2026 | The Diocese of Central Florida

All nominations should be submitted by a clergy person or by an adult lay communicant of a parish or mission. Clergy and lay delegates may submit their own names for nomination. In order to have a nomination posted on the convention website, complete this form, attaching the nominee's resume and photo, and submit it no later than Friday, January 16, 2026. Nominate only one person for one office on each nomination form.
