New Beginnings is a ministry created in the Diocese of Central Florida with a longstanding tradition of partnering with students to help them grow in their love of themselves, others, and God. This unique weekend retreat is especially designed to respond to the issues, concerns, and needs of Middle School students. The weekend provides an opportunity for students to intentionally pause from their daily lives to connect, dig deeper in their faith, and seek the next steps in their walk with Christ.
The weekend is led by high school and college students, along with adults. Essential to this ministry is the youth leadership that models Christian community with love and acceptance of every member. This is a great opportunity for older students to gain practical experience serving, mentoring, and deepening their own faith through leadership.
